Website terms

Last updated 8 October 2026

The rules for using vstudio.com.au, including the private pages we make for businesses. Short, and in plain English.

The short version

  • Use the site fairly.
  • If we've sent you a private preview, keep it within your business.
  • Prices, orders and figures on previews and pitch pages are samples.
  • Our designs stay ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Victorian law applies, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always stand.

01These terms

These terms cover vstudio.com.au and every page on it, including private previews and pitch pages. By using the site, you agree to them. In these terms, “we” and “us” means V Studio.

02Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Please don't try to break it, overload it, get into areas that aren't meant for you, or copy it in bulk with automated tools.

We can change, move or take down any page at any time.

03Private preview links

Some pages are private links we've made for one named business. If you've been given one:

  • It's confidential and meant for that business. Please don't publish it or share it outside the business.
  • Comments pinned to it can be seen by anyone who has the link.
  • It may change or come down at any time.

If one reached you by mistake, please let us know and don't use it.

04Samples are illustrative

Previews and pitch pages show what we could build. They aren't finished products, and they aren't a promise of results. Prices, products, customers, orders, figures and messages on them are samples unless we say otherwise.

Mock-ups and screenshots on this site, including the ordering app on the home page, are illustrations.

Where a preview uses a business's own logo, photos or words, they stay that business's property. We use them only to show that business what we'd build, and we'll take them down if asked.

05Who owns what

We own the designs, code, copy and mock-ups we make, including private previews, unless a written agreement with a client says otherwise.

You may look at them, and share them inside your business while you consider our proposal. You can't copy, reuse or adapt them without our written permission.

Other businesses' names, logos and photos belong to them.

07Our liability

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as is.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, and as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or a preview, or from relying on what's on it.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about them will be heard by the courts of Victoria.

09Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
